For our Developers a successful New build site is one that is completed within budget, on time and finished to a high standard.
At Pure Plumbing we have set out our processes with this in mind.
From receiving the initial enquiry our estimators ensure that all of our clients requirements are included within our quotation so there are no unexpected extras. We are happy to help with producing a bespoke specification if required.
Once a site has been awarded it is handed to our production team, and a Project manager will be assigned. The Project Manager will ensure that programs are met and quality is maintained at our high standards.
A good first fix sets the foundations for the rest of the installation moving forwards. All pipework is tested prior to being boarded. This will make the 2nd fix more straightforward and ensure a good finish for the end product.
Following on from a good 1st fix a high standard of 2nd fix should easily be achieved with any visible pipework kept to a minimum.
Time is taken at the final stage to test and commission to make sure everything is as it should be prior to handing over.
At Pure Plumbing we pride ourselves on our Customer Services/After Sales. With any new build property there can be snagging items that need to be resolved once the home owner has moved in as the house begins to ‘settle’. We aim to complete all snagging requirements quickly and efficiently at the customers convenience with our dedicated customer services team, which also includes emergency call out 24/7.
